Monique Russ - Accounting Manager 
Monique has over 12 years experience in the accounting industry including 7 years as a commercial property accountant managing all accounting functions for commercial real estate developers and owners in the Puget Sound area. She has extensive experience in analyzing financial statements, reconciling general ledger accounts, and developing budgets.
She specializes in resolving complex accounting issues and managing the accounting process for small businesses. In addition to overseeing the accounting and bookkeeping services she participates in preparing Federal Tax Returns for individuals and small businesses.
Monique graduated, Phi Theta Kappa, from Bellevue College where she earned her Accounting Degree. She is a Chamber Officer of the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and she is currently working towards becoming an Enrolled Agent.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, camping, and hiking. She also owns horses and loves horseback riding in the Cascade Mountains.
Benjamin "Ben" Russ - Tax Manager
Ben has over 10 years experience in accounting, and more than 15 years experience preparing Federal Tax Returns. He works with a wide variety of industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, and service based businesses.
Ben is the Tax Manager, and he has a solid and comprehensive understanding of tax law. He specializes in preparing Federal Returns for individuals and small businesses, tax compliance, and business consulting. In addition to managing the tax services he performs on-site and off-site accounting and bookkeeping services.
Ben is an Enrolled Agent, and he also graduated, Phi Theta Kappa, from Bellevue College where he earned his Accounting Degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and a Chamber Officer of the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce.
In his free time he enjoys fishing, reading, camping, horseback riding, and spending time with family.
