Accounts Receivable/Tenant Services
- Schedule monthly charges and send out rent statements to each tenant
- Process all tenant bill backs, billing adjustments, and move-in/move-outs
- Reconcile tenant ledgers and complete CAM reconciliations
- Collect and post all cash receipts and monitor aging balances
- Collect, track, and enter in gross sales and certificates of insurance
Accounts Payable
- Receive, classify and enter in all invoices including commissions and mortgage payments
- Schedule and process all check runs
- Initiate Wire transfers and EFT payments if applicable
- Maintain vendor database and issue 1099’s at year end
Reconciliations/Reports
- Reconcile all bank and general ledger accounts, and provide detailed balance sheet reconciliations
