Our monthly reports are easy to understand, and provide all the tools necessary for the board of directors to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities. We will present the monthly financial statements at the monthly board meetings, and address any questions you may have. We will also facilitate the annual CPA review and work directly with them to ensure timely reporting.
Each month we will:
- Generate and mail statements to each member
- Process all incoming payments
- Monitor the accounts receivable balances and promptly follow up on past due accounts
- Reconcile customer account balances as needed
- Collect and enter in all expense invoices ensuring that each expense is properly categorized
- Schedule and process invoices for payment on a timely basis
- Analyze and reconcile all balance sheet and expense accounts
- Reconcile all bank accounts
